Luz's glyphs had been elemental in nature to start with, so she had been glad she didn't get that. She hadn't wanted anything to overshadow her Boiling isles magic, something she had cultivated herself over time. And while healing would have been ideal, she figured it would have taken her much longer to get the hang of. She thought there were better people suited for being a healer.
