[Loki is...a lot of places. And while he's not really one for heroics, he does refuse to let the Skeksis, or the Shadow-Wolves, have their way. He's more than aware of the basic utility and necessity of them all trying to work together, which is what he's doing.
He can't do much about the weather, or the fissures. But he can do other things, and has been. Including running into Izuku who's run into a rather large group of Skeksis.]
