Do you think so? As far as I see it, there are only two options here: If he possesses No Longer Human, then all other Abilities that he possess will be nullified. He will be as human as you or I. Even this world's magic is nullified by it, so it would be a hindrance and not an asset. The alternative is that he would be able to manipulate and amplify it as he pleases, in which case it's unnecessary; he's dangerous with or without it. In that case, it doesn't matter if he possesses it.
